How to care for handmade jewelry.

Handcrafted jewelry should be stored separately in a soft pouch or lined box. Keep pieces away from water, perfume, lotion, hairspray, household cleaners, and prolonged direct sunlight.

After wearing

Wipe jewelry gently with a soft cloth before storing. This is especially helpful for silver, pearls, glass, shell, wood, gemstones, and crystal details.

For pearls, shell, wood, and stones

Natural materials can be sensitive to moisture and chemicals. Avoid soaking, scrubbing, or ultrasonic cleaning. If a piece needs special attention, contact My Treasure Heart before cleaning it.

For travel

Pack each piece separately so chains, stones, and beads do not rub against one another. A soft pouch helps prevent scratches and tangling.
